Full water immersion sterilization, two sterilizers alternately use the same batch of sterilizing water to work. After the food in one kettle is processed, the high temperature treated water is directly injected into the other kettle to reduce the loss of treatment water and heat. The kettle will increase 2/3 capacity.


This equipment is a new type of product developed on the basis of double-layer water bath type sterilization kettle. Its advantages are doubled compared with double-layer sterilization kettle production, saving energy, and users can greatly reduce the investment cost of equipment.


1, high temperature short time sterilization


The double-can hot water circulation is used for sterilization, and the water in the sterilization tank is heated to the temperature required for sterilization in advance, thereby shortening the sterilization time and improving the working efficiency.


2. Save energy and increase production


The working medium used in the sterilization process can be recycled, saving energy, time and manpower, material consumption, and reducing production costs. When sterilizing, the two tanks are used alternately as a sterilizing tank, and the yield is increased.


3, uniform water flow exchange mode, uniform temperature, no dead angle


Using international advanced technology, using hot water circulation, immersion sterilization, in the sterilization process, the circulating water in the sterilization tank is continuously switched up, down, left and right, ensuring the temperature rise, heat preservation and cooling in the sterilization tank. The heat distribution of the point is uniform, which effectively eliminates the dead angle phenomenon in the sterilization process, and makes the shelf life of the product more stable and long-lasting. The temperature inside the sterilization tank is always stable at all stages in the sterilization process, ensuring the pass rate of the F value.


4, fully automatic control system


The entire sterilization process is controlled by a computer PLC, which is completed in one time and does not require manual operation. Using a graphic tablet, the screen is used for touch control. All time periods are controlled by analog sensors and automatic valves, which can be switched from a single sterilization process to a multi-stage sterilization process. The pressure and temperature are digitally displayed, and various pressure and temperature modes for any product can be pre-programmed into a computer. 100 sterilization formulas can be stored in the computer for selection.


5, analog temperature control system, can set multi-stage heating mechanism


According to the requirements of different foods for sterilization conditions, different heating and cooling procedures can be set at any time. The multi-stage heating sterilization method can be used to minimize the heat of the food, and it is possible to preserve its color, fragrance and taste in a near perfect manner. So that each food can be conditioned and sterilized under the best condition. The sterilization temperature is accurate to ±0.3 °C, which can avoid over-cooking or incomplete sterilization.


6, the function of measuring F value


The F-value measuring instrument can be configured on each sterilizer produced by Zhongtai Company. The measuring instrument has the function of measuring value, and the F-value software performs F-value calculation every 3 seconds. All sterilization data, including sterilization conditions, F values, time-temperature curves, time-pressure curves, etc., can be saved or printed by data processing software to facilitate production management.
